Picnic is an outdoor recreation, where not only casual dishes, but also traditional picnic dishes, such as barbecue, fish soup beer etc. are served and guests may participate in their preparation. Active outdoor activities, teambuilding and others will be to the point.  We treat every picnic as a grand event which should not be limited just to a ride out of the city, but bring unforgettable impressions from communication and outside activities.

To provide recreation at the highest level and please everyone, we first of all realize that it is better to choose the place which suits you most:

If the customer wishes the company provides lodging for the night. Such events if they are to be in Kiev or Kiev region may be carried out in the following directions:

We can also help to arrange round trip transfer and parking places for private cars.

We provide entertainment programs, stage, music, contests and teambuilding activities by your request, as well as such activities as paintball, horse riding, skydiving, go-karting etc.

Meals

Different kinds of barbecue, fish soup, mutton soup, salads with fresh vegetables, spit-fried pork or mutton, crusts, chips, dried fish taste better in the open air. We advise to cook less cold dishes as they may spoil quickly in the sun.

Ukrainian people like drink in the open air so it is not recommended to use glass, while disposable cutlery suits better.

The weather in spring as well as in summer may be changeable. The sun may shine in the morning then it may start raining in the middle of the event. We won’t forget to take fixed tents, toilets and lavatories along.

All the equipment provided by the company is mobile and easy to assemble/disassemble.

If there is draught beer or other alcoholic beverages it is advisable to have enough ice in bags allowing to keep drinks cold.

It is recommended to hedge your leisure area from other groups of people to avoid conflicts. One of the essential requirements is the territory protection so it is advisable to invite a police unit as in such a case even the most hot-tempered people won’t dare to break order. One more important element is an ambulance.

Being drunk event participants often lose their personal belongings from cell phones to wedding rings.  That is why it is necessary to warn them in advance that the company is not responsible for their personal belongings or to ask to leave them at home before the event.
